We are pleased to sell the most renewable wood flooring, mesquite hardwood flooring. Due to mesquite's extreme hardness (2-1/2 times harder than oak), We sell it using 1/2" thickness. Mesquite flooring can be manufactured to the 1/2" thickness because of its incredible durability.
Mesquite flooring will take all the wear and tear and will outlast most other flooring because of the wood's exceptional hardness. Orders should be received 90 days prior to the time it will be needed.
If you are having the floor professionally installed by a contractor, figure a completed floor will cost for both flooring and installation between $9 and $25 a square foot depending on the grade of the flooring and the finish you choose. The end product will be the best flooring in the world!
A 100% down payment is required.
