I agree that the prices are competitive. However, that’s of little comfort if they don’t process your order. After acknowledging my order on 9/2, over a week passed with no communication. I emailed customer service asking for status. They said they would check into it. A day or so later I was informed the order hadn’t shipped but would soon. Another two days passed and I was given a tracking number. I had requested they expedite the shipping because of the time they sat on my order. Nothing, no response. If the order arrives on the scheduled date it will have been nearly 2 weeks from the time they acknowledged the order. How on earth do these folks rate 5 stars? I should have used Amazon Prime and would have had my product more than a week ago.
