Solar Biz was business ethics challenged on honoring their price match plus 10% of difference policy. Two stars instead of one for agreeing after a big hassle and for remaining professional. They originally sent me the policy as part of a quote for 5 Lifeline batteries, and when faced with an better advertized price that met their policy, tried to restate the terms. Be careful, retain all documentation, ask questions up front.Follow Up based on Company Response: Rather than getting into a he said/he said debate with the company, let me just emphasize that in my opinion, if you decide to do business with this firm, proceed with caution. You might want to inquire if the company has changed the wording of their price match policy since my transaction, and if so why.
